A leading European snacks producer in Düsseldorf is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support transformation projects. The role involves assisting with process improvements, IT solutions, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have a relevant university degree and strong communication skills, alongside a collaborative approach and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This dynamic position offers opportunities for professional growth and requires a willingness to travel approximately 4 days a week across locations.
As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will support transformation projects and workstreams within the Transformation Management sub-department. You will assist in implementing process, organisational, and IT improvements, applying a basic understanding of transformation management and process improvement principles. You will also contribute to the implementation of IT solutions and process enhancements across end-to-end processes.
As part of the Commercials team, you will contribute to driving projects that optimise marketing, product development, sales, and quality management processes. You will help innovate and streamline customer engagement, sales effectiveness, product lifecycle, and quality assurance.
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Initial professional experience or solid knowledge in project support, business analysis, or consulting
