A leading European snack producer in Düsseldorf is seeking a Business Transformation Advisor. The role involves managing sub-projects, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements within the supply chain planning. Candidates should have a university degree, several years of experience in business transformation, and strong analytical skills. As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will lead sub-projects or workstreams within the Transformation Management sub-department, providing expertise across multiple functional areas. You will apply deep knowledge in project management, functional specifications, and process improvements, mentor junior team members, and drive the implementation of process enhancements and IT solutions for end-to-end processes.
As part of the Planning & Materials Management team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve procurement, sourcing and supply chain planning processes. You will help optimise the upstream supply chain.
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Several years of relevant experience and a proven track record in project management, business transformation, or consulting.
