CYBEX in Bayreuth seeks a Business Manager Commerce to partner with the Senior Director, shaping commercial priorities and performance. You will translate KPIs into actionable recommendations, coordinate across stakeholders, and lead cross-functional projects with a focus on AI-enabled efficiency.

The role demands strong analytics, executive communication and hands-on delivery with an eye for process standardization and risk management. Fluent German and English are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, or Management.
• Proven experience in Business Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar.
• Strong business acumen with KPI, data reporting and MI experience.
• Interest and practical understanding of digital tools, automation and AI.

Your seat to fill:

• Act as a trusted Business Manager and sparring partner to the Senior Director Project Management Commerce, supporting commercial priorities, business performance, and key decisions
• Develop a strong understanding of the Commerce business, translating KPIs, performance, challenges, and opportunities into actionable insights and recommendations
• Serve as a central interface across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation, bringing structure, pace, and accountability to complex topics
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes, leveraging AI, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions/agents to increase productivity and improve decision-making
• Prepare concise, management-ready analyses, presentations, briefings, and decision papers for senior stakeholders
• Establish and continuously improve business routines, reporting, governance, and follow-up mechanisms
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, driving solutions and ensuring end-to-end execution
• Support the Senior Director Project Management Commerce in key meetings and translate strategic and operational priorities into clear actions and outcomes

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a comparable field
• Proven experience in Business Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Business Partnering, Strategy, Project Management, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience in KPIs, business data, reporting, and management information, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong interest in and practical understanding of digital tools, automation, and AI; hands‑on experience with AI tools, AI agents, workflow automation, or no‑/low‑code solutions is a strong advantage
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, combined with strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to structure complexity, prioritise, and communicate clearly
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Proactive, hands‑on, structured, and solution‑oriented, with the ability to create clarity and drive progress in ambiguous situations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI, reporting, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
