Zusammenfassung

CYBEX, based in Bayreuth, Germany, seeks a Project Manager Go-To-Market to lead end-to-end commercial product launches. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to deliver launches on time and within budget.

You will drive GTM strategy, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with brand and commercial objectives, while building scalable project management standards and processes at CYBEX.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in premium consumer goods or dynamic product environments.
• Track record of launching products across multiple functions or markets.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets with clear ownership.

• Drive Go-to-Market strategy and ensure activities meet objectives, timelines, and market needs.

• Align launch activities with brand strategy and commercial goals.
• Establish and improve PM standards, processes, and tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as central contact across functions and enable effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with Senior Director Project Management Commerce on strategic planning.

Your seat to fill:

• Lead end-to-end commercial product launch projects, from initial planning and preparation through to market launch and post-launch activities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across all workstreams
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other relevant business functions to ensure seamless launch execution
• Drive the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring that all commercial activities are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and market requirements
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, and take appropriate action to keep projects on track
• Oversee the development and timely delivery of marketing materials, sales tools, launch assets, and promotional activities, ensuring consistency across channels and markets
• Ensure that all launch activities are aligned with brand strategy, brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and target-market expectations
• Establish and continuously improve project management standards, processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the organization
• Act as a central point of contact and facilitator across functions, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner closely with the Senior Director Project Management Commerce on strategic planning, operational priorities, and the continuous development of the commercial project management organization

• A completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Proven professional experience in project management, ideally within the premium consumer goods or another highly dynamic product-driven environment
• A proven track record of successfully managing and launching products, ideally across multiple functions, markets, or stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a clear focus on deadlines, quality, and business objectives
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, combined with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coordinate, and build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels and across different functions
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, anticipate challenges, and proactively drive projects forward
• A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strong hands‑on mentality and a drive for excellence
• Experience with AI and project management tools (PPT skills at an advanced level) and a strong interest in developing and optimizing processes and ways of working
• Excellent command of English. Good German language skills are an advantage
