Cross Border Talents is seeking a target-driven B2B sales professional in Barcelona to drive new business acquisition for AI advertising solutions. You will engage clients in a dynamic, international team and manage end-to-end sales processes from qualification to closing.

The role requires German C1 and English B2 level, 2–3+ years in relevant sales, and proficiency with Salesforce. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates, and uncapped bonuses reflect performance.

Competenze

• Languages: German at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Experience: 2–3+ years in B2B sales, business development, pre-sales, or lead qualification.
• Industry knowledge: Digital marketing, SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, ad tech/AI platforms.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with internal customer success teams for smooth client onboarding and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  

Requirements

• Languages: C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency
