Boeva Tech in Kraków seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to turn conversations into long-term partnerships across Europe. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage C-level decision-makers, and leverage cloud-based solutions to drive growth.

Training and a hybrid work model are provided. Base salary is 11,000 PLN gross per month with uncapped performance bonuses; relocation support and benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• German language at least B2+/C1 is mandatory.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

What You'll Be Doing

You will report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play a key role in driving both individual and team success.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• German language: B2+/C1 level (mandatory)
• English: B2 level or higher
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Compensation & Performance Rewards

  Starting from 5,000 PLN gross when reaching 100% of target
