Job Overview

We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Representatives for international Google-related projects in Krakow, Poland.

This role is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience who are looking to develop their career in a structured, performance-driven environment within a global organization.

Open Positions

1. Business Development Representative – Google Cloud

• Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00

2. Business Development Representative – Google Pay

• Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound activities
• Qualify leads and understand client needs
• Present and promote digital solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Requirements

• German language: Native or C1 level
• English language: Minimum B2 level
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and proactive approach
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary (10,000–11,000 PLN gross depending on project)

Relocation

Relocation to Krakow is required.
