ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG is a fast-growing European e-commerce company based in Hamburg and Berlin, blending fashion and technology. We are looking for a senior strategic professional to monitor payment performance, manage risk settings, optimize checkout experiences, and collaborate with PSPs and internal teams.

You will lead analysis, drive impact across business activities, and communicate with stakeholders in English, using Excel and Google Workspace to transform data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Above average university degree at a top university.
• 4–5+ years in strategy or business development at a consultancy, PSP, or e-commerce company, optionally in a start-up environment.
• Stellar analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers.
• Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities.
• Quick perception and structured working methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyze payment method performance, lead partner business reviews, and track key performance indicators.
• Serve as the primary operational contact and subject matter expert for payment customer flows towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage payment risk settings, branding requirements, and operational configurations across various Payment Service Providers (PSP) and internal systems.
• Oversee and continuously optimize the end-to-end checkout and payment experience for end customers.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize the payment mix and payment costs.
• Monitor and mitigate payment risk, collaborating closely with internal risk and security teams.
