ABOUT YOU in Hamburg and Berlin seeks a (Senior) Project Manager AY Commerce to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. You will guide planning with deep-dive market analysis and define KPIs to boost growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has several years in project management or strategy within fast-paced scale-ups or ecommerce, with strong data skills, autonomy, and excellent communication, including MS Office proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent university degree.
• Proven track record (several years) in project management, business development, or strategy preferably within a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or e-commerce environment.
• Data-driven mindset with strong numerical proficiency.
• High level of autonomy with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and quick comprehension in a high-growth environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication; highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Lead strategic and operational cross-functional projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering on time and aligned with core business objectives.
• Perform deep-dive research and market analysis to guide executive decision-making and optimize project planning.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, optimize workflows, and directly boost business growth and profitability.
• Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex bottlenecks, align priorities, and drive smooth project execution.
