Zusammenfassung

ABOUT YOU is seeking a Buying Operations Coordinator in Hamburg to drive cross-functional alignment, prepare analyses and decision materials, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives within the Buying department. You will own core buying processes, maintain high data quality, support governance, and develop training materials while pushing standardization and continuous improvement across the team.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus hands-on project and stakeholder

• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, preparing analyses and decision-making materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives.
• Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports to support informed decision-making.
• Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring organizational alignment.
• Identify and implement process improvements across buying operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Own and support key operational buying processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and further develop buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives.
• Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional requests and support teams and leadership with clear structures, frameworks, and stakeholder management.
