About You - Collins GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a strategic project lead to drive cross-functional initiatives in Hamburg. You will lead and implement key strategic and operational projects and act as sparring partner for strategic tasks from the Management Board.

You will develop new business fields with operational teams, conduct independent analyses, translate insights into actions, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to identify KPIs and define concrete actions for growth.

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the ABOUT YOU core business
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and translate insights into action
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from all backgrounds & hierarchies
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our company
