ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG is expanding its Retail Media business in Hamburg/Berlin, offering a role to manage and grow key client relationships and to advise on media campaigns.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with cross-functional teams, and contribute to revenue reporting and monthly billing processes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in account management or related roles, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, Project Management, or Commercial Controlling, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and a proactive way of working.

• Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and plan, present, and execute marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content
• Plan, coordinate, and manage campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
• Take ownership of internal controlling topics, including revenue reporting, performance analysis, and monthly billing processes
• Support the continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes
