Job summary

LogistiX Group in Frankfurt, Germany, seeks a Business Development Manager – Air Freight to grow our air freight business across Germany. You will identify prospects, build a strong new-business pipeline and work closely with operations to onboard customers.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in air freight, a background in freight forwarding sales or air freight operations, and a proactive, commercial mindset to build long-term relationships.

Business Development Manager – Air Freight

The Opportunity

A medium-sized global freight forwarder is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its air freight business in Frankfurt and across Germany.

This role is open to either an established freight forwarding salesperson or an experienced air freight operator ready to move into sales for the first time. The company offers the global reach of an international forwarder with the close-knit culture and flexibility of a smaller business.

Its flat hierarchy gives employees direct access to senior management, while its strong record of internal promotion offers genuine long-term career progression.
