Altius Talent | Freight Forwarding Recruitment is seeking an experienced Airfreight Import/Export Specialist to join its Hallbergmoos office. You will manage the full airfreight process, coordinate with airlines and offices, and ensure compliant documentation and invoicing.

The role requires 3+ years in airfreight operations, independence across the full A–Z process, and DGR certification. Fluency in German and English is essential, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills driving

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in airfreight operations within freight forwarding.
• Ability to handle both imports and exports independently, covering the full A–Z process.
• Valid DGR certification.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full airfreight import and export process, from initial booking through to final delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas offices, handling agents and transport providers.
• Prepare and check shipping documentation, including air waybills.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure shipment documentation is accurate and complete.
• Handle dangerous goods shipments in line with applicable DGR requirements.
• Keep customers updated on shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor shipment costs, supplier charges and invoicing.
