Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, information systems, computer science, or business
• Five (5) years of current experience, including educational experience, in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts, change management, and training support
• Experience in Agile and JIRA required
• Ability to provide detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable process components in formats including Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications, and Use Cases
• Business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation support experience
• Ability to translate business process needs into technical requirements and provide change management and training support
• Ability to communicate organizational and strategic planning for technical and functional environments
• UI/UX experience with software applications desired
• Scrum master certification nice to have
• Testing-related certification a plus
