OP Consulting Group LLC in Germany is seeking a Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support the MES project. This role is 100% remote from Day 1, offering collaboration with vendors, PMO, and IT teams to drive deliverables and changes.

You will manage deliverables, support change management processes, coordinate deployments, maintain documentation, and generate status reports while serving as a central IT point during the SDLC.

Aufgaben

• Deliverable Processing: Manage, log, and track hundreds of DDI deliverables—such as design documents, test plans, and work plans—ensuring timely routing to Project Managers and SMEs for next steps.
• Change Management Support: Facilitate change management activities for the FAS project, including processing approvals, rejections, and O&M requests across the MES ecosystem.
• Vendor & Team Collaboration: Work directly with MES module vendors, PMO, Information Management teams, and internal stakeholder communities to align cross-functional work streams.
• Program Librarian Duties: Maintain strict version control for the quality transfer, storage, and processing of deliverables. Ensure all project documentation, files, and databases are accurately maintained.
• Reporting & Tracking: Generate recurring and ad-hoc status reports, maintain comprehensive tracking logs, and provide timely data responses to management and staff inquiries.
• Deployment Coordination: Partner with program management to ensure smooth release transitions, complete necessary change management requirements, and maintain release awareness prior to deployment.
• SDLC Engagement: Serve as a central IT point of contact for the Change Management team, actively participating in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
