Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, requirements, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop, document, and communicate business requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly prioritized and delivered
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and feedback
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decisions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industries
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages

Requirements

• Strong understanding of both business and technical processes and requirements.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and translate them into user stories, use cases, and other requirements artifacts.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, as well as project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis, including data modeling and database design.
• Understanding of web and mobile application development, software testing and QA, and project management tools and techniques.
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications, as well as use case scenarios and business process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide feedback on software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
