Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Analyst with strong product and delivery skills to support backlog development and stakeholder alignment in a remote capacity.

The role partners closely with a Systems Analyst and a Product Owner to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams and to advance sprint planning, refinement, and delivery.

Experience in wealth management or managed accounts is preferred, along with Agile or Scrum exposure in enterprise environments.

Our client seeks a Business Analyst with strong product and delivery skills to support backlog development and stakeholder alignment. The role partners closely with a Systems Analyst and a Product Owner to facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams and to advance sprint planning, refinement, and delivery.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Conduct journey mapping and story mapping sessions.
• Develop and maintain product backlogs and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Support sprint planning, refinement, and delivery activities.

Experience Requirements

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
