With a strong foundation and a dedicated team already in place, this is an opportunity to take full ownership of a thriving branch while leveraging the resources and expertise of a nationwide organisation.

As part of a planned succession, the successful candidate will assume a leadership role that blends operational oversight, commercial strategy, and team development. Key Responsibilities

• Leading a branch of 8–10 professionals, specialising in industrial insurance solutions for the waste management sector.

• Driving business growth through client retention, relationship building, and targeted acquisition of new customers.
• Overseeing commercial performance, including KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Optimising internal processes to maintain compliance and deliver best‑in‑class advisory standards.
• Collaborating with the wider corporate group to align branch strategy with organisational goals.

• Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or insurance; candidates from related industries with strong operational or sales backgrounds will also be considered.
