Job summary

Sephora Munich is seeking a customer-focused associate to help ensure stock availability and maintain high standards of product presentation.

You will support inventory, assist customers, and contribute to a smooth daily store operation while delivering a welcoming experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or beauty industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.

• Stock availability & replenishment efficiency
• Compliance with operational routines
• Development of the category
• Control of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services
• Inventory on schedule

Operations

• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance
• Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
• Operating cash register
• Additional tasks related to the daily business
