As part of our team you’ll assist on-site guests, help organize conferences, set up event spaces, support the F&B department with orders and checks, and coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or event industry is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to work weekends and early/late shifts.

Responsibilities

• On-site guest consultation and support.
• Providing snacks and beverages during breaks and meals.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of conferences.
• Set up event spaces and support F&B orders and checks.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Passionate about hospitality

• Responsible for the smooth operation of conferences
• Setting up the event spaces
• Supporting the Food & Beverage department with orders and delivery checks
• Necessary coordination with all departments within the hotel
