Job summary

The PLAZA Hotelgroup is a leading hotel chain with over 65 locations. We seek service staff to support our restaurant and hotel bar, welcoming guests and serving food and drinks while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Fluency in German and English is required; vocational training in hotel/restaurant is preferred. You should enjoy guest interaction and be ready for shift work and weekends to help deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant; some experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to smooth operation of restaurant and hotel bar.
• Serve food and beverages and maintain mise en place.
• Keep work area clean and collaborate with kitchen, banquet and reception.
• Welcome and assist conference and hotel guests; manage coffee breaks.
• Handle cash register and transactions accurately.
