PLAZA Hotelgroup is seeking a Shift Supervisor Reception to join our front office team in Regensburg. You will support the Front Office Manager, ensure smooth shift operations, and provide attentive service to our international guests.

You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and uphold high service standards. The role requires hotel experience, strong German and English language skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
