You will support members 24/7 from home and in Tunbridge Wells, becoming part of a professional, supportive team. Applicants must be Registered Adult Nurses with current NMC registration, a nursing degree or diploma, and acute clinical experience.

After your initial training period, you'll work a mixture of shifts from your home and our Tunbridge Wells office. When working from home, you'll need a quiet, private, and confidential space to carry out your duties effectively. Working hours & shift pattern: The team work 24/7 to support our members. The shifts that you'll be asked to cover will involve a blend of day shifts, night shifts and weekends. This will be covered with you when you receive the "on-call" request.
To help you settle into the team and prepare for success in your new role, you'll attend a comprehensive induction at our Tunbridge office. During this period, you'll be required to come into the office each day.
