Zusammenfassung

Circle Health Group in Germany is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join the Group IT team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will drive strategies to improve clinical applications, enhance workflows, and support reliable systems used by clinicians across sites.

You will provide 3rd line support, perform maintenance, and collaborate with clinicians, IT colleagues and external partners to optimise service delivery while ensuring data protection and governance compliance.

Jobbeschreibung

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Application Specialist to join their team of staff in the Group IT department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. Duties of the role:

• You contribute to strategies to enhance and replace clinical applications to improve workflow efficiency, improve patient care outcomes, and drive innovation in clinical operations through the effective use of technology.
• You provide a 3rd Line support for clinical IT applications where expertise and knowledge are needed to resolve more complex issues or troubleshooting where 2nd line are not able to resolve.
• You perform ongoing maintenance activities to ensure the stability, performance, and security of clinical applications. Continuously optimise applications to meet changing business needs and technological advancements.
• You cultivate strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and other healthcare professionals, to understand their needs, priorities, and pain points.
• You conduct workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather requirements and validate solutions, bridging the gap between clinical end-users and IT Teams to improve systems.
• You contribute to regular service reviews, performance assessments, and root cause analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service enhancement and optimization.
• You collaborate closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and clinical stakeholders to resolve issues, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of clinical application management.
• You foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team and to clinical users.
  
• You have strong (3+ years) experience in supporting clinically facing IT applications within large (~£250M+ annual revenue, 5,000+ end-users, 20+ different locations) organisations.
• You have good (2+ years) experience in service delivery of the IT environment and building 3rd party supplier relations.
• You have good, up to date knowledge of relevant legislation including data protection, information security and information governance.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer and team working ethos, able to build and maintain good, effective working relationships across IT End-Users, Clinicians, Managers, IT team and 3rd Parties.
• You have strong, demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting using pre-built tools.
• You have ability to explain/translate highly technical documents to non-technical colleagues.
