Job summary

Triosys строит инфраструктуру для устойчивых больниц, помогая критическим рабочим процессам продолжаться во время отключений IT и кибератак. Мы объединяем облако, безопасность и медицинский опыт, чтобы больницы оставались операционными.

Вакансия предполагает работу в Берлине оффлайн в офисе 3 дня в неделю с гибким графиком на 2 дня удалённо. Ищем backend‑инженера с уклоном на устойчивость и безопасность систем.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет профессионального бэкенд-инжиниринга
• Сильные навыки Python
• Опыт разработки и эксплуатации производственных приложений с PostgreSQL и облачной инфраструктурой
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и умение объяснять технические решения команде и клиентам
• Ориентация на владение задачей, умение продвигать работу самостоятельно
• Опыт использования ИИ-инструментов в процессе разработки
• Готовность к работе в стартапе и гибкость при смене приоритетов
• Готовность работать в Берлине оффлайн
• Будет плюсом: знание немецкого языка, опыт в healthtech, frontend (React), опыт разработки ПО в регламентируемых окружениях

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и владеть фичами от требований до развёртывания
• Создавать устойчивое ПО, помогающее медицинским командам работать во время IT‑сбоев
• Работать с заказчиками для понимания рабочих процессов в больницах и превращатьFeedback в улучшения продукта
• Проектировать бэкенд-архитектуру с фокусом на надёжность и безопасность
• Сотрудничать с инженерной и продуктовой командами для обеспечения бесшовного опыта от сервисов до интерфейса
• Ответственно применять AI‑инструменты для ускорения разработки и качества выпускаемого кода

Задачи

• Build and own features from initial requirements through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop resilient software that helps healthcare teams access critical information and keep essential workflows running during IT disruptions
• Work directly with customers to understand hospital workflows, clarify needs, and translate feedback into product improvements
• Shape the backend architecture, focusing on reliability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate across engineering and product to deliver a seamless experience from backend services to the user interface
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate development and improve quality, while taking responsibility for shipped code

Требования

• 5+ Years of professional backend engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building and operating production applications using PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure
• Strong communication skills; able to discuss technical decisions with engineers and explain solutions clearly to customers
• An ownership mindset, ability to move work forward independently, ask the right questions, and attend to details
• Experience using AI tools in the development workflow
• Collaborative approach and comfort working in a startup where priorities evolve
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working with the team in person
• Будет плюсом: German language skills, healthcare or health tech experience (ideally at a health startup), frontend experience (particularly React), experience building secure and reliable software for regulated environments
