Qualifikationen

• Несколько лет опыта Backend-разработки на Java.
• Глубокие знания Java и ООП, актуальная версия Java 21 предпочтительна.
• Опыт работы со Spring Boot и/или Quarkus.

Its solutions support insurance claims, medical data analysis, and interaction with older people, combining modern AI with engineering experience in complex enterprise and automotive environments.

• Advise customers on technical matters and support solution discovery
• Design and implement backend services and APIs
• Develop existing platforms and applications
• Prepare and make architectural decisions
• Translate technical requirements into robust, maintainable solutions
• Use Coding Agents for engineering tasks
• Build and improve agent-assisted development workflows
• Automate tests, migrations, and refactoring to a large extent
• Ensure quality, maintainability, and technical sustainability
• Take solutions from idea through production operations
• Develop multiple applications with a shared code and knowledge base in a multi-platform automotive customer project

Требования:

• Several years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong professional Java backend background and very good knowledge of Java and object-oriented development
• Experience with current Java versions, ideally Java 21
• Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus
• Good knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, especially PostgreSQL
• Experience with APIs and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of Linux, Docker, and CI/CD
• Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions
• Willingness to take responsibility from architecture through production operations
• Experience in direct technical communication with customers or business departments
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable practical qualifications
• Coding Agents or comparable AI tools used consistently in daily development, ideally for at least three years; experience developing software with AI beyond autocomplete or search-engine use
