Job summary

You will own reliability under load, multi-tenancy, caching, and database performance, while growing with founders and leadership in a hybrid Stuttgart office.

the company is a medtech company, we build and deploy a digital health platform for realtime and on-demand data from wearables and medical devices. We're scaling our digital healthcare infrastructure, extend it with AI and are looking for a senior backend or fullstack engineer to help us with it.

Tasks

• Design and scale NestJS services that handle real-time device telemetry
• Own reliability under load, multi-tenancy, caching, queues, and PostgreSQL / Redis performance
• Incorporate AI on all levels. Keep the system correct as it grows.

Requirements

• Production experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS (Express under the hood)
• Solid problem-solving in distributed systems, and the instinct for debugging under load
• Experience building backend services that stay correct and available as they scale
