Your tasks are as follows:
  • Customer inquiries via email and phone are handled with care and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide customers with replacement orders, refunds, or general assistance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer reviews across different channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Your profile
  • You have a degree or relevant training in a related field (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • You already have experience in customer support or a similar role (a plus but not required).
  • You speak French and German on an excellent level, English is a plus.
  • You are located in Berlin or willing to relocate for the job.
  • You are proficient in customer support tools and software.
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented way.
  • You have a proactive mindset and strong customer orientation.
  • You excel at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
