- Drive signings, revenue, margin, backlog, and commercial-risk outcomes
- Develop customer-specific growth and pursuit strategies
- Lead opportunity qualification and contribute to capture strategy, competitive assessment, teaming, solution shaping, pricing, proposals, executive reviews, and negotiations
- Scope and negotiate engagement fees while ensuring profitability and containing delivery, contractual, and business risk
- Build trusted relationships with senior Federal mission, technology, acquisition, program, and executive stakeholders
- Lead senior customer interactions and consulting initiatives
- Develop customer advocacy, strategic relationships, and customer references
- Orchestrate Kyndryl Federal, Consult, delivery, solutioning, pricing, contracts, technology alliances, and partners
- Translate Kyndryl capabilities, intellectual property, partnerships, and delivery scale into compliant U.S. Federal solutions
- Lead complex engagement design and transition accountability to delivery
- Shape Kyndryl Federal strategic initiatives and strengthen its Federal go-to-market model

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with primary residency on U.S. soil
- Ability to pass standard federal background investigations
- 10+ years of relevant Federal market experience
- Significant experience in technology consulting, systems integration, managed services, or enterprise technology
- Demonstrated record of originating, shaping, and converting substantial Federal opportunities
- Established relationships and credibility within multiple Federal Civilian agencies and major Civilian market segments
- Ability to develop business where the employer was not the incumbent or dominant provider
- Strong knowledge of the Federal acquisition lifecycle, including market research, acquisition planning, RFIs, sources sought, RFPs, competitive procurements, task orders, IDIQs/GWACs, and contract-access strategy
- Understanding of Federal Civilian acquisition environments, appropriations and budget cycles, major contract vehicles, and acquisition pathways
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) standards and federal compliance requirements
- Experience with high-value business development and capture activities
- Capability to write proposal narratives, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and guide technical response content
- Foundational technical literacy across hybrid cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise infrastructure modernization
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, sales, solutioning, delivery, finance, contracts, and partner organizations
- Financial and commercial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management
- Understanding of relevant technology and market trends
- Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) according to security standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: Active TS/SCI security clearance or Polygraph
- Preferred: Prior IBM or Kyndryl operational process experience
- Preferred: Based in or within commuting distance of the Washington, DC metropolitan area
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent advanced degree
