Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• You support the CEO and the Group Executive Committee in strategic, operational and organizational matters.

Join the Heitkamp & Thumann Group in a high-exposure role at the interface of strategy, operations and transformation. Working closely with the CEO of H&T Group and the global management team. You will contribute to key decision‑making processes, support strategic initiatives and take ownership of projects with global impact.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad business insight, work across international locations and build a strong foundation for further development within the H&T Group.

Your duties

• You support the CEO and the Group Executive Committee in strategic, operational and organizational matters.

• You prepare decision papers, business analyses, presentations and management briefings.

• You identify AI use cases in the management environment and actively support their rollout across the H&T Group.

• You contribute to group wide projects in the areas of operations, strategy, transformation and performance improvement.

• You coordinate and follow up on cross‑functional and international initiatives across all H&T locations in Asia, EU and the US.

• You help translate strategic priorities into concrete actions, milestones and management updates.

• You take ownership of your own projects and drive them forward independently.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a master degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable field.

• You have gained professional experience (3 to 5 years) in a project‑driven, analytical or strategic environment, ideally in management consulting, corporate strategy or project management.

• You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills and can structure complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way.

• Enthusiasm and professional experience with data analytics and AI tools.

• You are confident preparing high‑quality presentations, decision papers and management‑ready analyses.

• You communicate professionally and effectively in German and English, written and spoken.

• You work independently, proactively and in a highly structured manner.

• You are able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

• You combine sound judgment with absolute integrity, discretion and reliability.

• You are willing to travel globally on an occasional basis and ideally hold a valid German driver’s license.

• Experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment

• Additional qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent postgraduate education
