Zusammenfassung

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH in Munich is seeking a strategic intern to assist in developing and operationalizing corporate strategy with a focus on AI. You will participate in transformation projects and support AI initiatives from analysis to implementation.

Fluency in English and German is required, along with strong analytical skills and a structured approach. The role is hybrid, offering 35h per week and onboarding support to integrate into the team.

• Assist in the development and operationalization of corporate strategy, including AI-related strategic topics.
• Contribute to transformation and cross-functional projects, with a focus on AI-enabled business transformation.
• Support selected strategic and AI initiatives, from initial analysis to implementation.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology analyses, including emerging AI trends and their implications for BSH.
• Support stakeholder alignment across functions and management levels, including within the Bosch Group.

• Support stakeholder alignment across functions and management levels, including within the Bosch Group

Your profile

• Enrolled student in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong academic track record
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complexity
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate trends into business implications
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel and fluency in English and German
