You will translate group goals into tangible results across international entities, develop executive decision papers, board presentations, and management reporting models, and drive digital finance initiatives using Power BI and AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–4 years of proven track record in management consulting (Top-Tier / Big 4 / Strategy Boutique), corporate development, or strategic controlling.
• Excellent financial & controlling background with financial modeling; proficient in Power BI and AI-driven reporting.

Positioned directly within the CEO Office of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, this role focuses on leading group-wide strategic projects, financial performance initiatives, and corporate transformation workstreams. Serving as a trusted project lead and analytical partner to the CEO, you will translate strategic group goals into tangible results across our international entities.

• Steer international project workstreams across business units in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.A./MBA) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven track record in management consulting (Top-Tier / Big 4 / Strategy Boutique), corporate development, or strategic controlling.
• Skills: Excellent financial & controlling background, financial modeling, M365 excellence (Excel, Power BI), AI affinity.
• Mindset & Mobility: High proactive drive, independent execution, fluent in English & German, mobile with valid driver's license.
