Job summary

Macdonald & Company is seeking a Residential Asset Manager to lead and develop a Berlin residential portfolio. You will oversee performance, leasing, and external partners to maximise income and value.

We expect 4–6 years in real estate asset management and strong budgeting, reporting, along with knowledge of German tenancy law. Fluent German and good English are required to communicate with tenants, vendors, and investors.
