Macdonald & Company on behalf of our client, an established international real estate investor, seeks a Commercial Asset Manager to join their Berlin team.

You will manage a diversified portfolio, drive value through leasing, optimization and market intelligence, and leverage a strong professional network.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in asset management, deep knowledge of the German market, and excellent relationships with tenants, brokers and investors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.
• Experience with office, industrial and/or retail assets.
• Strong knowledge of the German commercial real estate market.
• Established industry network and relationship-building skills.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
