Job summary

Macdonald & Company has been retained to find an experienced Senior Asset Manager for our client's logistics platform in Berlin. The role focuses on active asset management of a German logistics portfolio, driving value through business plans and proactive management of leasing, refurbishments, and repositioning initiatives.

You will lead financial monitoring, budgeting, and reporting to stewards and investors, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and supporting

• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional asset management experience in logistics or industrial real estate.
• Proven expertise in value-add strategies and managing complex projects.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with cash flow management and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.

On behalf of our client, a leading international real estate investment platform, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate – Logistics to join the team in Berlin. The company has a strong track record in acquiring and managing logistics assets across Europe, with a particular focus on value creation through active asset management strategies.

About the Role

As Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of logistics assets in Germany, driving value-add initiatives and ensuring sustainable performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute business plans, and actively manage leasing, refurbishment, and repositioning strategies.
