The role focuses on active asset management of a German logistics portfolio, driving value through business plans and proactive management of leasing, refurbishments, and repositioning initiatives.

On behalf of our client, a leading international real estate investment platform, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate – Logistics to join the team in Berlin. The company has a strong track record in acquiring and managing logistics assets across Europe, with a particular focus on value creation through active asset management strategies.

About the Role

As Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of logistics assets in Germany, driving value-add initiatives and ensuring sustainable performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute business plans, and actively manage leasing, refurbishment, and repositioning strategies.
