BYD Automotive GmbH in Offenbach am Main (Germany) seeks an experienced Training & Development professional to lead the BYD Training Academy, overseeing curriculum development for Aftersales and managing dealer onboarding through the LMS. Aufgaben

• Lead and organize training courses and participant management.
• Manage the BYD Training Academy project and operate as lighthouse workshop.
• Develop training curriculum for Aftersales roles and collaborate with AS departments.
• Create online trainings, e-learnings, webinars, and tutorials.
• Support dealer onboarding by setting up dealer LMS accounts.
• Coordinate regular dealer visits, meetings, and workshops with regional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper Training execution
• Support the project of developing and then running the BYD Training Academy
• The Training Academy shall also serve as lighthouse BYD workshop, demonstrating the 100% BYD service experience. Repairing and Servicing external as well as internal customers shall help this lighthouse service location to become also a center of technological excellence
• Lead the organization of training courses, participant management, supplier support, etc
• Apply latest training and knowledge-management tools and technology
• Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
• Develop and manage training curriculum for all BYD related Aftersales roles in the market
• Closely collaborate with other AS departments to ensure the proper coverage of training topics
• Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
• Work closely together with all other BYD Automotive departments
• Be the subject matter expert of the BYD LMS (learning management system) for Aftersales
• Support the dealer onboarding process by setting up dealer accounts in LMS
• Ad hoc activities

Qualifications:

• Strong automotive technical management background
• Experience in training activities and workshop operations desirable
• Minimum Bachelors degree or similar in a technical/engineering field of study
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
