BGaming is a globally recognized game development studio that creates online casino games for players. The studio operates in the iGaming market and develops slots, casual games, cards, dice, roulette, lottery, and scratch games.

Задачи

• Lead the in-house design team through planning, prioritization, people development, and quality control
• Own collaboration with brand marketing, product, events, and streamer teams
• Align expectations at the start of projects and prevent cross-team friction
• Build predictable processes for task estimation, capacity planning, transparent timelines, and data-driven prioritization
• Set the visual and conceptual direction for major projects and campaigns
• Introduce trends, bold concepts, and strategic depth into design work
• Support the team and partners during high-pressure and contested situations
• Develop designers, delegate ownership, and increase team autonomy
• Reduce process dependence on any single person

Требования

• 2+ Years of leadership experience with responsibility for processes and cross-team collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive conflict prevention
• Composure and maturity under pressure
• Systemic thinking focused on root-cause solutions
• Strategic and creative depth in design
• Ability to justify decisions with facts and cases rather than taste
• Ability to delegate and develop peopleReliability in meeting timelines and maintaining quality

• Working English and Russian for communication in an international team
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, gaming, or another fast, multi-stakeholder environment, understanding of design across brand, performance, events and expos, and digital channels, strong awareness of industry trends, fluency with modern AI tools in design
