Задачи:

• Lead user experience from conception to launch and develop the design vision for JustPlay's entertainment app
• Manage, mentor, and support product designers across iOS, Android, and web
• Build a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Champion product design across the organization and establish design-led practices
• Drive measurable business outcomes through design decisions balancing player delight and company growth
• Promote and integrate AI-assisted design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve quality and velocity
• Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app
• Develop features that improve the player journey, with emphasis on game discovery and loyalty gamification
• Build and evolve JustPlay's design guidelines and design system
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop solutions within technical constraints
• Apply iOS and Android platform best practices to ensure consistent interactions across devices
• Transform research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts
• Work with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for AI and automation in design operations
• Establish and maintain scalable design processes
• Identify opportunities to improve product usability
• Stay current with mobile gaming trends and the advertising ecosystem
• Foster a high-performing, growth-minded design team through mentorship and feedback

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally in entertainment or gaming
• Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes
• A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
• Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craft
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: background in loyalty or rewards platforms, mobile gaming experience, deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape
