Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Разрабатывать визуальный стиль проектов в жанрах Hyper Casual, Casual и Puzzle.
• Создавать 2D-графику для мобильных игр: UI, иконки, игровые объекты, окружение.

• Использовать AI‑инструменты для ускорения графического контента.
• Создавать рекламные материалы: иконки, редактирование скриншотов и рекламные креативы.
• Обеспечивать единый визуальный стиль и согласованность элементов.
• Анализировать визуальные решения конкурентов и внедрять лучшие практики.
• Оптимизировать графику для мобильных устройств.
• Сотрудничать с художниками, геймдизайнерами и разработчиками.
• Интегрировать графику в Unity.

Freeplay develops and publishes mobile games across Hyper Casual, Casual, and Puzzle genres.

Задачи

• Develop the visual style of Hyper Casual, Casual, and Puzzle projects
• Create 2D graphics for mobile games, including UI, icons, game objects, environmental elements, and in-game elements
• Process and enhance 3D renders, turning them into final in-game assets
• Use AI tools to speed up the creation of graphic content
• Create promotional materials, including icons, screenshot edits, and ad creative assets
• Ensure visual consistency across the project and maintain a cohesive style across all game elements
• Analyze competitors’ visual solutions, identify best practices, and apply successful ideas to the product
• Optimize graphics for mobile devices
• Collaborate with artists, game designers, and developers to find the strongest visual solutions
• Prepare and integrate graphic content into Unity

Требования

• 1+ Year of experience as a 2D Artist or UI Artist in game development
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other graphic design and prototyping tools
• Experience using AI tools to create and optimize visual content
• Good sense of composition, shape, color, light, and volume
• High-quality rendering skills
• Ability to independently seek solutions and complete tasks
• Attention to detail and a high personal standard for quality
• Experience creating game UI and understanding UX principles
• Understanding of the mobile gaming market, current visual trends, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to accept and provide constructive feedback
• Nice to have: Experience with Unity, understanding of UI design within Unity, experience creating interface animations, experience with Hybrid Casual or Puzzle projects, understanding of mobile hardware constraints and graphics optimization principles, an up-to-date portfolio
