Ваша задача — создавать маркетинговые материалы и оптимизировать воронки продвижения для операторов, аффилиатов и ключевых партнёров.

Требуется 2+ года опыта в iGaming, владение русским и английским, умение анализировать данные и работать с мультиканальными кампаниями, включая инфлюенсеров и аффилиаты.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ года опыта в продукт-маркетинге внутри iGaming.
• Успешные запуски и продвижения продуктов с измеримыми результатами.
• Понимание GTM-стратегий, монетизации, промо-акций и удержания игроков.
• Опыт ведения многоканальных кампаний: performance, influencer и affiliate marketing.
• Страсть к играм, коммерческая смекалка, знание глобальных трендов iGaming.
• Высокий уровень владения русским и английским языками.
• Желательно: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Power BI и другие аналитические платформы.

Aufgaben

• Разработка и уточнение позиционирования продукта и единого брэнд-голоса.
• Разработка и внедрение GTM-стратегий для выпуска новых игр и поддержка известных проектов.
• Формирование маркетинговых материалов, освещающих УПиК игр для операторов, аффилиатов и отраслевых партнёров.
• Анализ данных и оптимизация воронок продвижения игр; оценка CPA, LTV, ROMI и Retention.
• Оценка влияния кампаний на GGR; сотрудничество с продажами, BD, PR и продуктом для улучшения продукта и промо-акций.
• Установление и поддержание связей с инфлюенсерами, аффилиатами, агентствами и внешними партнёрами.
• Тестирование новых каналов приобретения и реализация маркетинговых инициатив.

Craft and evolve product positioning, ensuring a consistent brand voice and communication strategy across all channels; Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new game releases and sustain momentum for existing successful titles; Develop marketing collateral highlighting the USPs of games for casino operators, affiliates, and key industry stakeholders; Leverage data to optimize game promotion funnels; Track, analyze, and improve CPA, LTV, ROMI, and Retention metrics; Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on GGR; Partner with Sales, Business Development, PR, and Product teams to translate market insights into product enhancements and promo campaigns; Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and other external partners; Test new acquisition channels, seek new partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

2+ Years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or growth marketing specifically within the iGaming industry; Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products with measurable business results; Deep understanding of GTM strategies, monetization models, promotional mechanics, and player retention techniques; Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including performance, influencer, and affiliate marketing; Passion for gaming, strong commercial awareness, and deep understanding of global iGaming trends; Advanced Russian and English; Nice to have: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
