Вы будете работать с Unity, Moloco, Liftoff и AppLovin, запускать и масштабировать перформанс-кампании, сотрудничать с командами медиа‑байинга, дизайна, финансов и технологий, а также настраивать трекинг и отчеты.

В идеале кандидат обладает опытом работы с крупными бюджетами, пониманием рынка iGaming и знанием MMP‑платформ AppsFlyer и Adjust, независимостью и базовыми знаниями Keitaro/Binom.

Qualifikationen

• Понимание рынка iGaming и опыт от 1 года.
• Опыт управления большими рекламными бюджетами.
• Знание рекламных сетей: Unity, Moloco, AppLovin, Liftoff.
• Опыт работы с ММП-платформами AppsFlyer и Adjust.
• Анализ и оптимизация кампаний для достижения KPI.
• Базовые знания трекинговых систем Keitaro/Binom.
• Владение русским языком на высшем уровне; украинский и/или английский приветствуются.
• Английский уровень B1 и выше.

Aufgaben

• Ежедневное управление рекламными сетями и кампаниями.
• Запуск и масштабирование перформанс-кампаний для веб‑приложений.
• Сотрудничество с командами медиа‑байинга, дизайна, финансов и технологий.

Задачи

• Manage advertising networks such as Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and Mintegral daily
• Launch and scale performance campaigns for web-view applications
• Collaborate daily with media buying, design, finance, and technical teams
• Set up campaigns in tracking systems
• Report regularly on traffic performance and ad spend

Требования

• Understand the iGaming market and have 1+ year of relevant experience
• Have experience managing large advertising budgets
• Understand major in-app advertising networks, including Unity, Moloco, AppLovin, and Liftoff
• Have experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and others
• Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve target KPIs
• Have basic knowledge of tracking systems such as Keitaro/Binom
• Speak Ukrainian or Russian fluently
• Have English level B1 or higher
• Have basic knowledge of mobile app rental services
