Job summary

ABOUT YOU is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity across markets. You will design layouts for online content, collaborate with editorial, and craft print materials that reflect our fashion-forward brand.

You’ll bring strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, experience with Figma, and a flair for AI-assisted content creation. Join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Hamburg to help tell our story visually.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial relevant professional experience, ideally in an advertising agency or a similar creative environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience working with Figma.
• Initial hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, generative AI tools (e.g. for image, video, or content creation)

Responsibilities

• Design layouts for ABOUT YOU online content across all markets.
• Bringing newsletter articles and topics to life visually in close collaboration with our editorial team
• Designing print materials such as magazine advertisements, direct mailings, and posters
• Retouching and post-producing campaign photography and fashion editorials
• Producing photo and video content for our social media channels
• Shaping the visual identity and design of all our events
• Developing marketing materials for online channels and point of sale (POS)
• Conceptualizing and implementing innovative web design concepts and graphic projects for our online shop and brand
• Crafting dynamic animations, motion graphics, and short-form video formats such as Reels, ads, and teasers
• Independently creating, refining, and integrating AI-based visual content
