Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in Marketing or cross-functional project management.
• Confident working with Google Workspace and MS Office, particularly Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and an interest in working with numbers and data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

• Plan, develop and execute national and international sales campaigns from both a strategic and creative perspective.
• Independently manage campaigns in line with defined performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Design, Tech, Legal and local market experts.
• Analyse relevant KPIs, evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve existing processes and leverage AI tools to make team workflows more efficient.
