Job summary

X FAB in Erfurt, Germany is offering an apprenticeship starting August 1, 2027. You will rotate through departments such as Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials Management, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales during a 3-year dual vocational training program.

You will perform general administrative tasks, place orders, process travel expense reports, prepare and check invoices, manage employee software, and contribute to a cooperative team with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Realschulabschluss (or equivalent) required, with German and math focus.
• Strong German language skills (C1) and English (B1/B2) preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work with people.
• Basic PC literacy and numerical comfort.

Your Profile

• At least a good intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss), particularly in German and mathematics

• Interest in business and a good understanding of numbers
• Confident in using a PC
• A high level of care and reliability
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
