Job summary

X FAB in Erfurt bietet eine duale Ausbildung zum Mechatronik-Techniker (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Elektronik, Mechanik und IT. Sie arbeiten eigenständig an elektrischen Systemen in der Reinraumanlage und tragen so zur Mikrochipherzeugung bei.

Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre im dualen Ausbildungssystem; Start ist der 1. August 2027 in Erfurt. Positionen verfügbar: 2. Erwartet wird Realschulabschluss, gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und Englisch (B1) sowie PC-Fähigkeiten.

Qualifications

• Realschulabschluss erforderlich, ideal mit Physik, Mathematik und technischen Fächern.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und technisches Verständnis.
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen.

Responsibilities

• Montage und Bearbeitung mechanischer Bauteile.
• Bedienung von Systemen für Mediens-Verteilung, Energieerzeugung und Versorgungsleistungen.
• Wartung, Service und Reparatur relevanter Anlagen.
• Überwachung der Qualitätsparameter für Utilities und Reinraumbedingungen.

Are you interested in electronics, mechanics, and IT? During your apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), you will gain knowledge and practical skills in metalworking and electrical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control technology.

As a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), you will work independently on electrical systems in the cleanroom and therefore make an important contribution to our microchip manufacturing process.

Your Tasks

• Processing and assembling mechanical components
• Operating systems for media distribution, energy generation, and utilities supply
• Maintaining, servicing, and repairing the relevant systems
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality parameters for utilities supply and cleanroom conditions
  

Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2027, in Erfurt

Duration: 3.5 years in the German dual vocational training system

Your Profile

• At least a good intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss), particularly in physics, mathematics, and technical subjects
• Good German (B2) and English (B1) language skills
• Confident in using a PC
• Technical interest and willingness to work shifts (from the age of 18)
• Carefulness, reliability, patience, perseverance, and the ability to work in a tea
