Job summary

IVAM Microtechnology Network sucht eine/n Auszubildende/n als Industriekaufmann/Industriekaufmannfrau (m/w/d) in Erfurt. Die Ausbildung beginnt am 1. August 2027 und dauert 3 Jahre im dualen System.

Sie arbeiten in einem teamorientierten Umfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben in Verwaltung, Einkauf, Personal, Finanzen und Vertrieb. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören allgemeine Verwaltung, Bestellungen, Spesenabrechnungen, Rechnungsprüfung und die Betreuung von Mitarbeitersoftware.

Qualifications

• Realschulabschluss mit Deutsch- und Mathematik-Schwerpunkt.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2).
• Interesse an Wirtschaft, Zahlenverständnis und Zahlenaffinität.
• Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent.

Responsibilities

• Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Assistenzaufgaben.
• Aufträge erteilen und Buchungen bearbeiten.
• Spesenabrechnungen bearbeiten.
• Rechnungen vorbereiten und prüfen.
• Mitarbeiter-Software betreuen.
• Durch verschiedene Abteilungen rotieren (HR, Einkauf, Materialwesen, Finanzierung, Marketing & Vertrieb).

Your Tasks:

• Performing general administrative and assistance tasks
• Placing orders and processing bookings
• Processing travel expense reports
• Preparing and checking invoices
• Managing employee software
• Rotating through different departments, including Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials Management, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales

Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2027, in Erfurt
Duration: 3 years in the German dual vocational training system

Your Profile:

• At least a good intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss), particularly in German and mathematics
• Good German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B1/B2)
• Interest in business and a good understanding of numbers
• Confident in using a PC
• A high level of care and reliability
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
