During your apprenticeship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the processes of an industrial company and actively participate in day-to-day operations from the very beginning – from customer orders and accounting to marketing and HR topics. Through a variety of assignments, you will develop into a versatile all-rounder with room to build on your individual strengths.

Key responsibilites

• Through exciting assignments in various departments, you will gain first-hand experience of how the commercial processes of an industrial company operate and develop into a true all-rounder.
• From processing customer orders to booking invoices, creating content for social media platforms, or supporting recruitment activities – your tasks will be diverse. Whether you are creative, numbers-oriented, or highly organized, we will find the right role for you.

What we look for

• You have (or will soon have) successfully completed secondary school (Realschule), and you have always enjoyed mathematics and German.
• You are interested in business processes, have good organizational skills, are reliable, and a strong team player? Great – with us, you even get paid for it!
• You are ready to commit three years to an engaging apprenticeship. If you’re interested in staying longer, we are happy to offer permanent employment to talented graduates.
