X-FAB Sarawak in Erfurt bietet eine Ausbildung zum/ zur Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d). Du rotationsweise in Abteilungen wie Personal, Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft, Finanzen, Marketing und Vertrieb arbeitest und so vielseitige Einblicke erhältst. Voraussetzungen sind Realschulabschluss, gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englisch (B1/B2).

Die Ausbildung beginnt am 1. August 2027 und dauert drei Jahre. Zu den Vorteilen gehören ein attraktives Ausbildungsgehalt von 1.137 bis 1.309 € brutto pro Monat,

Qualifications

• Mindestens Realschulabschluss, besonders in Deutsch und Mathematik.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1/B2).
• Interesse am Geschäft und gutes Zahlenverständnis.
• Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Assistenzaufgaben durchführen.
• Bestellungen aufgeben und Buchungen bearbeiten.
• Reiseabrechnungen bearbeiten.
• Rechnungen vorbereiten und prüfen.
• Mitarbeiter-Software verwalten.
• In wechselnden Abteilungen arbeiten (HR, Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft, Finanzen, Marketing & Vertrieb).

Your Tasks

• Performing general administrative and assistance tasks
• Placing orders and processing bookings
• Processing travel expense reports
• Preparing and checking invoices
• Managing employee software
• Rotating through different departments, including Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials Management, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales

Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2027, in Erfurt

Duration: 3 years in the German dual vocational training system

Your Profile

• At least a good intermediate secondary school qualification (Realschulabschluss), particularly in German and mathematics
• Good German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B1/B2)
• Interest in business and a good understanding of numbers
• Confident in using a PC
• A high level of care and reliability
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
