Job summary

APM Monaco in Frankfurt is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to welcome, advise and build lasting relationships with customers, delivering a unique shopping experience.

You will actively contribute to meeting boutique sales targets, showcase product knowledge to tell the brand story, and support stock management and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Boutique experience in luxury or fashion retail is a real plus.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Frankfurt !

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
